We are looking for a dynamo to join our team as we support our talent operations and our field services team. This is a unique opportunity to use your love of order and process to be a key point of contact for pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding our field services hires and to work with our HR and Recruiting teams on our tools, processes and operations. No day will be the same and no idea on how to uplevel and have fun will go unheard!

What you will do:

  • Provide full onboarding, offboarding and administrative support for Field Operations hiring. This includes setting up hotels and travel, expense training, new hire packages, etc. for new hires
  • Support Contractor hiring outside of Field, including agency management, working with Blue River Recruiters to create a positive contractor hiring experience from hire to onboarding
  • Assist in the creation of an Agency database and with Staffing Agency contracts and contract questions 
  • Partner with Field Services managers and executives on process, including purchase orders, equipment ordering, and any needs that arise from this amazing and always changing team.
  • A key driver for Ops and Recruiting, serve as POC for Recruiting Systems as needed (Greenhouse, Convey, LinkedIn, TalentWall, etc)
  • Support the Talent Innovation and Brand team on projects, including events, career fairs, travel, purchase orders, expense management and general keeping of order for the team.

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability in a people related support role. This could be recruiting coordination, executive and/or administrative assistant, or any role in which you help keep people organized and captain company processes
  • A spreadsheet and data maestro who loves supporting fast-moving and constantly changing organizations and knows how to bring a positivity to process
  • An idea influencer who has the ability to build solutions and implement your own ideas but also an ear and eye for the ideas and possibilities for greatness that come from the team, recruiters and all of Blue River Technology.
  • Creativity first inventor with a preference for working in a dynamic, hands-on environment
