Role Summary:

  • Provides internal and external communications support to departments, groups, and managers to assist in identifying communication needs and messages, and to develop appropriate communication plans that support our Enterprise, Business Unit, and Department objectives.

Required skills/experiences:

  • Understanding of communication theories, especially employee/internal communications. 
  • 3 or more years of experience with the communication planning process and measurement techniques
  • 3 or more years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • 3 or more years of experience in video editing (Premier Pro, Adobe Rush)
  • 3 or more years of effective writing experience, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy and style
  • You are connected to the local tech community via business, industry and universities.
  • You are creative and love working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Thirst for knowledge of new communication tactics and development of new skills such as design, editing, photography, motion graphics, audio visual, web, journalism, marketing and advertising.
  • Experience in supporting recruitment of tech talent.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing creative/visually appealing content to match the image of the CTO organization.
  • Understanding how to drive a cohesive tech design and tech identity.
  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves, build solid relationships, serve as a key player to our technology organization.
