Information Security Engineer 

Santa Clara, CA

Responsibilities: Ensure alignment to all regulatory and security standard methodologies. Analyze information security systems and applications. Implement security solutions across internally developed and cloud-based applications. Recommend and develop security measures to protect information against unauthorized modifications or loss. Manage all the vulnerability results and remediate the findings. Evaluate/apply new and emerging security technologies and solutions. Supervise and ensure compliance to standards, policies, and procedures. Perform security reviews and prepare and present reports and metrics to management. 60% remote work is allowed. Must live within normal commuting distance of the worksite.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field or a foreign academic equivalent. 2 years of experience. Required skills: Monitor and triage vulnerabilities in Qualys (1 year); Review security logs on a periodic basis in Splunk to identify anomalous events and investigate (1 year); Prepare and present security reports to leadership (1 year); Ensured alignment on NIST security standard methodologies (1 year). 60% remote work allowed; Must live within normal commuting distance of the worksite.

 

Full time. $111,280 - $192,000/year.
